How it works

Once enrolled as a Manulife Vitality member:
  1. Make sure you’ve completed your Vitality Health Review.
  2. Log into your account or open the app, click the "Rewards" tab and click "Let’s find the right fitness device for you."
  3. Under Oura Ring 4, click "Learn more about this reward" and follow the steps to choose your Oura Ring and apply your discount.
  4. Once you have your Oura Ring, follow these instructions to connect it to Manulife Vitality:
    • Allow Oura Ring to share your activity data with Apple’s Health app or Google Fit
    • Connect Apple Health or Google Fit to Manulife Vitality and allow your Manulife Vitality app to read your activity data. You can allow or deny the Manulife Vitality app to access each data type.
    • Steps to link to Apple’s Health app:
      1. Scroll down to the Take a shortcut section on the home screen
      2. Select Apps and Devices in Apple Health
      3. Select Connect to the Health app
      4. Next, select Turn All Categories On
    • Steps to link to Google Fit
      1. Scroll down to the Take a shortcut section on the home screen
      2. Select Apps and Devices then Google Fit
      3. Select Connect to Google Fit
      4. Choose the Gmail account you wish to link to Manulife Vitality
