We’ve made things easier for you and with tax season approaching your Statement of Annual Premium will be available on SecureServe®, the same portal that you can use to submit your claims electronically. The Statement of Annual Premium is a summary of your premium for 2024. If you have not registered on our site, you can register now.

To access your Statement of Annual Premium as of February 19, 2025:

  • Sign in using the link to SecureServe® Login here.
  • If you haven’t visited our SecureServe® portal yet, please register to access your information.
  • If you require assistance to register or have any questions, refer to this Manulife ID - 3 step activation video.
  • Navigate through the easy-to-use online portal.
  • Find your statement under the Payments section.
  • Where applicable, you can also access your statements for previous years.

These statements are no longer being mailed as our shift to digital ensures quicker delivery for you, increases security of your information, and reduces our impact on the planet.
