Our newest dashboard – the Member Digital Engagement dashboard – is now available on your sponsor secure site, giving you valuable insights into your members’ online engagement with your group retirement program.
These insights can help you get your members connected and keep them engaged with their plan.
More data and more relevant data
The Member Digital Engagement dashboard goes beyond existing reports. It shows you whether members are connecting to their account, how recently they signed in over the last 12 months, how many registered for access in the past month, and lets you spot any trends. Data is refreshed monthly, usually on the third business day of the month.
How this can help your members
We know that members who connect with their plans online tend to save more:
- Members who are engaged with their plans online save 2.7 times* more on average compared to those who aren’t online.
- Members who have registered for online access to their plan are 6.5 times* more likely to make a lump sum contribution or transfer external assets to their plan than those who don’t register.

With the insights you get from the dashboard, you can then tailor education to your members, encouraging them to register for access – or to sign in and set up their Manulife ID if they haven’t visited in a while – so they can use the many online tools and resources available to them on their member secure site.

Access your new dashboard any time
Sign in to your sponsor secure site, click on “Dashboard” and select the Member Digital Engagement dashboard.
