In October 2019, we’re replacing the underlying fund NEI International Equity Fund (AllianceBernstein) with the NEI International Equity RS Fund (Addenda). The new fund qualifies for NEI’s full Responsible Investing program.

• As a result, we’ll be selling the units of the current underlying fund and buying units of the new underlying fund.
• The new fund name will be the Manulife NEI International Equity RS Fund.
• There will be no impact for you or your plan members. For anyone invested in these funds, there will be no change to the number of units or money they have invested.
