How we’re adjusting service for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Monday, September 30, 2024, marks Orange Shirt Day and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Manulife Group Benefits will be closed that day so employees can observe the commemorative holiday. Your Manulife representative will be out of the office on September 30. Some of our Contact Centres will be open but with reduced staffing.

We recognize the importance of putting reconciliation into action and taking time on September 30 to honour, acknowledge, reflect on, and learn more about the impacts of Canada’s residential school system on the Indigenous communities.

As always, our digital solutions will be available. You can log in to your plan administrator secure site to manage your plan. Your members can log in to their benefits account on Manulife.ca or use the Manulife Mobile app to submit claims and check balances.
