If you reach us by calling our Group Benefits Member toll-free number (1-800-268-6195), your experience will change – you will no longer be asked if you are a Plan Administrator and will hear a recorded message that will direct you to call our dedicated number for Plan Administrators. 

To ensure the best service possible, we ask you to only use and distribute our Plan Administrator toll-free number to Plan Administrators, Brokers, and Advisors.

Our Plan Member phone lines are experiencing high call volume and wait times may be longer than usual.
