Financial Wellness Assessment updates

The Financial Wellness Assessment (FWA) is an important tool for plan members and plan sponsors. We take pride in providing plan sponsors with the tools to help support their employees on the path to financial wellness and insights into the financial wellness of their employee population.
To provide the best possible experience, and be able to make future enhancements, we’ve had to take the FWA offline to make necessary improvements to the platform.
What we’re doing:
- A server migration that will let us make future improvements more easily, like being able to provide even better reporting and data
- Once we’ve migrated, we’ll take the opportunity to rebuild and enhance the content library
The current timeline for bringing the FWA back online is 3-4 weeks, with sponsor reporting being reinstated after that.
Even though a full outage was needed for this work to be done, we’re excited about what it will mean for future improvements to the FWA.
