Canada Post delivery delays for some international mail

Canada Post services have recently been suspended to many international destinations due to pandemic-related reasons, such as lack of transportation.

Although the impact to our customers is low, we want to let you know what you can expect from us.

Paper statements and transaction confirmations

If you currently receive policy, contract or account statements or transaction confirmations by mail, you will continue to receive these by mail when Canada Post service resumes for the affected countries.

Cheques

For any cheques payable to you, we will attempt to reach out to you and/or your advisor to discuss an alternate payment arrangement.
