Go to your Group Benefits account to check your coverage(s), and/or submit a health, dental, life or disability claim.

My Group Retirement or VIP Room

Check or make changes to your group retirement plan or plans (the investments you have through your organization or the Manulife Personal Plan™).

If your Insurance is through your employer, please sign in using the "My Group Benefits" card above.

To access information about your individual insurance coverage and/or submit a claim, choose from one of the options below (according to the insurance type).

Individual Insurance

Access your policy information for life, critical illness, and disability insurance. Corporately-owned policies or policies issued by Standard Life are not yet viewable.

For health and dental plan holders

Go to your Manulife CoverMe® (including Flexcare® and FollowMe®) SecureServe® sign-in page. It's the same for your alumni, professional or retail  group (i.e. OMA, Costco), to submit a health/dental claim, or to review your coverage.

My Manulife Vitality

Access your Manulife Vitality wellness program with your Manulife ID (this Vitality sign-in page is for individual insurance Vitality members only).

Travel claims

Submit a travel claim from this sign-in page, whether you purchased the policy through a travel agent or through CoverMe. (To cancel a travel plan purchased in error, please contact the vendor directly.)

Investments*

Manulife online access provides investors access to view their account details, digital statements, trade confirmations and tax receipts.
