Starting strong with Manulife Vitality
We're glad to see you here, ready to jump right in! We designed this page to help you hit the ground running with Manulife Vitality, so you can be on your way to earning points and rewards – and a healthier life. You got this!
Step 1
First things first – before you can fully dive in, you'll need to set up your account. Just follow the steps below!
- Sign in here. You’ll be asked to create a Manulife ID if you don’t already have one for other Manulife products.
- Register with your policy number that's in your contract.
- Accept the Manulife Vitality terms and conditions.
TIP: Signing in is best experienced on a desktop computer, rather than mobile.Step 2
Download the Manulife Vitality mobile app for the easiest way to participate in the program and collect your Vitality PointsTM and rewards. It’s simply called “Manulife Vitality”.
TIP: Make sure you open the app at least once per week so you don't miss out on syncing your Vitality Points!Step 3
Complete your Vitality Health ReviewTM (VHR) in the app to understand your current health and inform your baseline and next steps. Plus, you'll immediately earn 500 Vitality Points.
TIP: Earn a total of 1,500 Vitality Points for completing your VHR within 90 days of enrolment!And there you go! You've laid a solid foundation for your Manulife Vitality journey.
