Manulife Benefits cards are going digital

As part of our planned digital transformation improvements, as well as the ongoing challenges presented by the novel coronavirus, Manulife is no longer offering plastic benefit cards to new and existing plan members. All new and existing plan members who require a Manulife benefits card will be invited to log in to the Manulife plan member site or mobile app to access their digital benefits card.

Here’s how the switch to digital cards will help both you and your plan members:

  • No physical cards means less administration and coordination for card distribution.
  • The Manulife mobile app gives members quicker and easier access to their benefits card on-the-go.
  • As always, a printable version of the card remains available in the plan member secure site.

Helping your members manage their group benefits plan, from the comfort of their own home or on the go, is now more important than ever!

Encourage your members to use the plan member site and mobile app to easily connect with Manulife and submit their claims online. And by adding their email and banking information to sign up for direct deposit, your members will get their money back faster. It’s convenient, quick, and secure!
