Group Disability introduces new telephone platform

We’re making changes to give you and your members the highest quality of service.
Manulife Group Disability is rolling out a new telephone platform. We plan to have the new phone system ready by the end of 2021.
If you reach us today by calling one of our toll-free numbers, your experience will not change – you can still reach us by using these toll-free numbers.
If you reach us by calling a local direct telephone number, your experience will change. When you call a local direct number and enter an extension of a Disability employee, a recorded message will direct you to call our toll-free number.
Going forward, we recommend you only use our toll-free numbers to contact us in Disability. Local phone numbers still operate as they always have for non-Disability employees.
