To qualify for this Preferred Pricing interest rate1, clients will need to have the following:

  • A minimum of 25% advanced in the Main account
  • Are below 44% TDS
  • Below 39% GDS
  • No maximum home values
  • Applies to purchases and refinances.

Preferred Pricing is built upon establishing the Manulife One as its was originally designed – with debt allocated to the main account to take advantage of income and helping reduce interest costs on a daily basis.

This simplified pricing allows us to stay focused on a Manulife One conversation where you can explain that interest rate is only part of the equation in determining the cost of home ownership.
