Our new Preferred Pricing discounted rate helps two key areas of your business:
- The discounted rate is available on refinances and equity take outs
- We’re removing the $1million property value cap, which makes us far more competitive in key high-value markets and among high net-worth clients.
To qualify for this Preferred Pricing interest rate1, clients will need to have the following:
- A minimum of 25% advanced in the Main account
- Are below 44% TDS
- Below 39% GDS
- No maximum home values
- Applies to purchases and refinances.
Preferred Pricing is built upon establishing the Manulife One as its was originally designed – with debt allocated to the main account to take advantage of income and helping reduce interest costs on a daily basis.
This simplified pricing allows us to stay focused on a Manulife One conversation where you can explain that interest rate is only part of the equation in determining the cost of home ownership. Manulife One is centered around improving cash-flow and using every dollar deposited to the main account to immediately reduce debt and potentially save thousands in interest costs.
When Manulife One is used as it was originally designed, it allows your clients to put more money in their pockets and potentially be debt-free years sooner.
