Where will better take you™

1 The revolving portion is the credit limit less the sum of the sub-account(s) at the time of funding.

2 Drawdown compensation is paid based on the amount borrowed on the revolving portion at the end of the month following 60 days post mortgage funding. For example, if the Manulife One account is opened on January 15, 60 days post funding would be mid March, so the drawdown amount is the balance of the revolving portion on March 31st. Compensation is paid after the end of the month following the 60-day look back.
