New healthcare professionals can qualify for Manulife Bank Select^® based on projected income

Manulife Bank's Medical Professionals Program targets the unique financial circumstances of resident and newly practising doctors, dentists and veterinarians. These young professionals can qualify¹ for a Manulife Bank Select high-ratio mortgage based on projected income rather than actual historical earnings, allowing them to become homeowners early in their career.

The program is available only for Manulife Bank Select high-ratio mortgages (PDF) with a maximum loan-to-value ratio of 90%.

Who's eligible:

• Medical doctors enrolled in a recognized Canadian residency program
• Dentists or veterinarians enrolled in a recognized Canadian residency program and in their final year of residency
• Newly practising physicians who graduated from an accredited Canadian program within the past 24 months
• Newly practising dentists or veterinarians who graduated from an accredited Canadian program within the past 12 months
