Katy is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of industry experience and a wealth of knowledge and expertise in digital banking. Katy has a passion for innovation and has spearheaded numerous successful digital initiatives across operations, technology, product, and sales. In her new role, Katy will lead Manulife Bank into a new era of growth and transformation and ensure we are leveraging the bank as a key differentiator for Manulife Canada.
