Introducing our new Head of Broker Sales, Geri Sinclair-Klack

On behalf of Manulife Bank's senior leadership, I am very pleased to officially announce Geri Sinclair-Klack as our new Head of Broker Sales. Geri has been our interim leader since Mario Cloutier moved over to Manulife's insurance division to become their Head of Creditor Insurance.

Geri joined Manulife in 2001 and moved into a leadership role with Manulife Bank in 2014 as the Director of Inside Sales. In 2021, Geri took on a more significant role as the Head of Sales Enablement and Inside Sales. Her responsibilities have included the management of our inside sales teams for the mortgage broker channel since Manulife Bank entered the marketplace over seven years ago. Geri is an enthusiastic and inclusive leader who takes pride in building solid relationships, establishing trust and connecting with people.

Drawing upon her extensive sales experience and knowledge of the mortgage broker marketplace, Geri now leads a team of dedicated business development professionals focusing on building a strategic lending partnership with you. In addition to innovative mortgage solutions such as our Manulife One account and competitive Manulife Bank Select mortgages, Geri's team will show you how to take your business to new heights by tailoring each mortgage to meet your client's unique lending needs.
