First Canadian Title (FCT) is changing how they contact clients
As of March 11th, First Canadian Title (FCT) is changing how they contact clients when they're the selected title insurer on refinance applications.
Previously, they would call your client to complete a questionnaire and to book a signing appointment to sign mortgage documentation.
Moving forward, FCT will send them an email to a secure portal to complete a questionnaire. When the questionnaire is complete, an FCT representative will call your client to schedule a signing appointment.
Please make sure you provide a valid client email address on the file so FCT can easily reach your client and avoid delays.
