• The account must be maintained in accordance with the Manulife One Operating Agreement. 
• The mortgage must remain in good standing.

• Standard fees will apply once the offer expires after 36 months.

How to Activate This Offer

There's no additional action required from you or the clients to access the fee waiver. Once the application is submitted between the offer period and the account is funded by June 30, 2025, the 36-month waiver is automatically applied.
