Introduction
This video provides information and tells a story about a man named Denardo. It shows how he spent most of his adult life in Canada and had to return to the Bahamas to take care of his mom. Returning had a major impact on his physical and mental health, and he wants to prioritize himself over others for once and maintain a healthier lifestyle with the help of Manulife Vitality.

I know that’s extremely, extremely important and to be honest something that I made my life that I’ve struggled with generally putting others before myself.

Denardo: Just thinking about all of the various different factors for myself. I thought, you know, with maybe the weight included along other things. It would probably be a bit higher, so I’m actually pleasantly surprised, even though it’s still, you know, nine years over my numeric age.
