How to set up an application
These are typical requirements for most applications. However, Manulife Bank reserves the right to request additional information and documentation for credit adjudication purposes.
NOTE: Applications and forms with "B(QC)" extension are to be used with English-speaking Quebec residents.

Submit your application documents securely through the new Manulife Bank Document Transfer Portal (preferred method). Log in with your Advisor Manulife ID.

For lines of credit where security is being provided by a third party (including corporations), additional documentation may be required.
Step 3
Submit all documents to Manulife Bank. Upon approval, we will send your client a complimentary supply of cheques and a Manulife Bank Access Card. For ALOC Plus, we will send you the loan documents for your client's signature.
